During this step you will need to prepare some money for purchasing and shipping;

Step 4. Arrive Shipant warehouse. If the supplier have stock the products usually take 2 to 4 days arrive Shipant warehouse. We will confirm the package broken or not, product quantities, size and color and take photos to confirm with supplier if there has anything wrong;

Step 5. QC. Step 9. Filter complete orders.  After the inventory updated, ShipAnt staff will filter complete orders ready to ship;

Step 9.1 Split pending orders more than 2 weeks. Due to dropshipping mode hardly lock the supplier stock, for the pending orders 1 to 2 items havent arrived warehouse in 2 weeks we will split orders in case clients refund after waiting for long time, in addition, we will also follow up the supplier pending orders on weekly basis;

Step 10. Print shipping label. For the complete orders we will select the right shipping line, generate tracking number and print shipping label;

Step 10.1. Return tracking to Shopify. The tracking will be uploaded to Shopify automatically after we click fulfilled. However, if you dropship via Oberlo the tracking number cannot being uploaded to Oberlo directly, which means you will need to upload tracking and fulfill manually;

Step 11. Pick up in warehouse. The warehouse staff pick up the products based on the order list via PDA; Meanwhile the inventory automatically deducted;

Step 12. Confirm order. The products picked up from the warehouse will be confirmed again to make sure match the items in the order; orders dont match will be corrected;

Step 13. Pack. All the orders will be packed via plastic bags, foam bags, boxes via its products, weight and volume. Stick shipping labal and ready to ship;

Step 14. Shipping. The packages will be sent to different couriers each day, after they scanned they will be send to airport shipping from China;

Step 15. Update bill. All the product cost, shipping cost and service fee will be updated in the bill to send to dropshipper to confirm and pay;

Step 16. Aftersale.
